We’re looking for a Field Operations Trainer with real operational experience and leadership presence who can coach managers, build training programs, and model our standards in the field. This is a rare role. You’ll get your hands dirty, clean cars, work in the tunnel, coach managers in real time—and also step back to build, improve, and evolve training programs that scale with our growing company.
