About The Position

At Tagg-N-Go, training doesn’t happen in a classroom—it happens in the tunnel, at the pay station, and shoulder-to-shoulder with our teams. We’re looking for a Field Operations Trainer with real operational experience and leadership presence who can coach managers, build training programs, and model our standards in the field. This is a rare role. You’ll get your hands dirty, clean cars, work in the tunnel, coach managers in real time—and also step back to build, improve, and evolve training programs that scale with our growing company. If you’ve led teams, earned respect in operations, and love helping others level up, this role was built for you. This is not a classroom style or administrative training role. This is a leadership role that blends: Hands-on operational training Manager coaching and development Program building and continuous improvement Some weeks are packed with back-to-back field training. Others are quieter, focused on building content, refining programs, filming training, and improving systems. Flexibility and ownership matter here.
