About The Position

You are the rapid-response backbone of Renjoy’s field operations. Your job is to keep 170+ properties fully stocked, fully functional, and guest-ready at all times. You’ll drive between 10–15 properties each day delivering supplies, troubleshooting minor tech issues, swapping propane tanks, and catching small problems before they become big ones.
This role is fast-paced, physical, and highly visible. You’ll interact with guests, represent the Renjoy brand in the field, and serve as the critical link between our Maintenance and Housekeeping teams.
Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00/hour + mileage reimbursement

Requirements

• Physical Capability — Able to lift 50 lbs consistently and work in all weather conditions.
• Tech Fluency — Comfortable with apps, routers, smart locks, and field software.
• Reliability — You show up on time, follow through on every task, and hold yourself accountable.
• Self-Direction — You manage your own route, time, and priorities without constant oversight.

Responsibilities

• Deliver & Restock — Drive to properties daily with linens, batteries, propane, cleaning supplies, and replacement items. Ensure every home is fully equipped before the next guest arrives.
• Troubleshoot & Fix — Reset Wi-Fi routers, troubleshoot smart locks, check smoke detectors, and handle basic tech issues before escalating to the Maintenance team.
• Inspect & Report — Spot loose handles, missing remotes, stains, low batteries, or anything that doesn’t meet standard. Document and communicate issues immediately. Never walk past a problem.
• Lift & Move — Swap 20 lb propane tanks, carry heavy packages and equipment, and navigate stairs, snow, ice, and uneven terrain safely.
• Document & Close — Use Breezeway to log every stop, upload photos, and close out tasks. If the photo isn’t there, the job isn’t done.
• Represent the Brand — Interact with guests professionally, with confidence, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset. You are Renjoy in the field.
