Solar Field Operations Manager The LiveWire Field Operations Manager is primarily responsible for making sure that the supervision, manpower, tools, materials, and equipment resources are being used efficiently and within the parameters of LiveWire’s processes to consistently ensure safe and profitable project outcomes. He / She will collaborate with the rest of the operations team and hold the Foremen accountable for their individual contributions to the success of LiveWire’s projects. The Field Operations Manager will also ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with the standards set forth by our client—all work will be completed on budget, on time, and in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Ideal Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will possess not only deep technical proficiency, but also the strategic business acumen necessary to drive growth, foster long-term client relationships, and secure complex, high-value projects. This role requires an individual with outstanding negotiation skills, a strong record of operations management success, and the ability to enhance client satisfaction while delivering optimal business outcomes. Compensation: Base salary: $155,000K–$195,000K, commensurate with experience Sign-on bonus Potential individual performance bonus Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Company vehicle allowance or stipend Paid time off Role Summary: The Solar Field Operations Manager will be a leader in the department and be the owner of several concurrently running projects with an average volume of at-risk projects managed of $10M+. The Field Operations Manager will be charged with assisting in growing a strong, robust team and will lead and develop his team. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President.
