As the Field Operations HR Business Partner, your focus will be to build strong relationships with operations leadership teams and our field personnel in our six branch locations (Atlanta, Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, Harlingen, Nashville, and San Antonio). The Field Operations HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner working towards the alignment of our employee-related initiatives, field operations leadership, and overall company objectives. We need someone with a hands-on, solution-minded approach, with a passion for making a direct impact on our workforce. We are looking for someone who is bilingual (English/Spanish) who is comfortable and committed to frequent travel to our branch locations, possesses strong communication skills and recognizes the value in understanding business operations to better serve business needs. The Field Operations HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner working towards the alignment of our employee-related initiatives, field operations leadership, and overall company objectives. The Field Operations HR Business Partner will work closely with Field Supervisors, Superintendents, Production Managers, and Operations roles to ensure crews are staffed, trained, and equipped to meet project and branch specific demands. This role is focused on supporting the people who build our projects and ensuring they have the resources, support, and leadership needed to succeed. This position will act as an employee champion for our Field workforce and serve as a bridge between field teams and office leadership to ensure clear and consistent communication, support, and guidance. HR-related duties will include, but are not limited to, recruiting, employee relations, employee engagement, training and development, project staffing/site access, and contract compliance. This role can be based in any of our Texas branch locations with the expectation of traveling at least 50% of the time to our branch locations and project sites to interact one on one with our operations leadership and field personnel. This is a hands-on role that has an opportunity to connect with our workforce in their work environment. Your efforts will have a direct impact on supporting a diverse culture of skilled professionals who deliver excellence in commercial and residential specialty construction.
