We’re hiring two Field Operations Associate in Chatsworth (LA), CA to support our booming event and venue footprint. As a Field Ops Associate, you’ll be the hands-on pro who sets up photobooths at events, keeps equipment running smoothly, supports guests onsite, and represents our brand with professionalism and great energy. This is a people-facing, tech-forward role perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and working behind the scenes at events across the city. You’ll report directly to the Director of Operations and collaborate closely with our Support, Design, and Event Operations teams.

Requirements

  • You’re comfortable solving problems on the fly and staying calm under pressure
  • You enjoy interacting with guests and helping create a fun event atmosphere
  • You’re reliable, punctual, and take pride in delivering great work from start to finish
  • You’re tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting gadgets, software, or Wi-Fi
  • You like staying organized and making sure every detail is set before guests arrive
  • You have a friendly, positive vibe — because smiles really are contagious
  • You’re physically able to lift and transport equipment (typically 40–50 lbs)
  • You have reliable transportation and are open to weekend or late-night events
  • Ability to lift 75lbs without assistance.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as the job involves traveling to various locations.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • 1 to 3 years experience in field service, event operations, or hospitality industry
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented in performing equipment servicing and maintenance
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Transport, load in, and assemble photobooths and branded panels
  • Ensure all equipment is installed securely, powered correctly, and configured to event specifications
  • Tear down, pack, and return equipment safely and efficiently post-event
  • Power on, test, and operate booth hardware (camera, computer, printer)
  • Navigate and operate booth software (photo capture, filters, brand assets)
  • Troubleshoot real-time issues like Wi-Fi drops, printer jams, and hardware errors
  • Greet guests and guide them through the photobooth experience
  • Keep a casual, helpful presence on the floor to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Create a fun and welcoming environment that reflects Majestic’s positive energy
  • Perform pre-event checks to confirm everything is clean, functional, and ready to go
  • Track and restock booth essentials (paper, ink, cables, backup supplies)
  • Flag equipment that needs repairs or deeper support
  • Maintain a polished, on-brand booth presentation at every event
  • Interact with clients and guests in a courteous, knowledgeable, professional manner
  • Embody Majestic’s values and serve as an ambassador onsite
  • Submit post-event reports on technical issues, supply usage, and guest feedback
  • Surface recurring issues or improvement areas to help optimize operations
  • Support the continuous improvement of our field systems and processes
  • Deliver and set up photobooths for events and long-term placements within your region.
  • Engage with and assist customers with photobooth activations.
  • Respond promptly to service tickets, resolving booth issues efficiently.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, including paper and ink replenishment and general booth upkeep.
  • Coordinate closely with the support team to document procedures, improve troubleshooting guides, and streamline maintenance workflows.
  • Actively participate in weekly meetings with your supervisor and operations team.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of work areas and company equipment.
  • Provide proactive feedback to management on ways to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality.
