About The Position

Position: Field Operations Associate – Autonomous Delivery
Location: Mesa, AZ; Chandler, AZ; Greater Phoenix (PHX) Area, AZ
Hire mode: Contract
Pay Rate: $22.50/hr. on W2
Duration: 3+ Months (Extension Possible)
Shift : 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (AM Shift)
3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (PM Shift)
Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
Availability: Nights, weekends, and holidays required
Shift Rotation: May rotate between shifts based on operational needs (two-week notice provided)
Two-day paid training will be conducted in Mesa, AZ.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Ability to support multiple locations throughout the Greater Phoenix Area
• Comfortable navigating the Phoenix metro area
• Ability to pass ongoing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods and operating micro-mobility equipment (e-bike, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured schedules
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and navigate efficient routes between multiple merchant partners using a company-provided vehicle or e-bike
• Securely load customer orders into autonomous delivery robots, ensuring packaging integrity and spill prevention
• Use proprietary mobile logistics software to locate robots, unlock cargo compartments, and update order status in real time
• Clean robot cargo compartments as needed
• Monitor robots for safe crossings in designated areas
• Assist with facility and asset cleaning, auditing, inventory, and other operational tasks during downtime
• Adhere to safety standards, driving policies, and operational procedures at all times
