About The Position

Were hiring a Service Associate to support daily fleet operations for an autonomous ride-hailing company. You will help keep vehicles clean, fueled, organized, and ready for testing and daily operations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of work experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move equipment during shifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in fast-paced settings
• Pass background check, MVR check, and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repair
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, or Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Clean and fuel vehicles
• Charge test vehicles and equipment
• Keep the work site organized and ready
• Move vehicles, equipment, and spare parts
• Help with paperwork and vehicle readiness documentation
• Prepare vehicles for testing (launch software, check systems, collect data)
• Support inventory and spare parts organization
• Assist technicians with basic hands-on tasks (fluid changes, part swaps, wiring checks)
• Help with test operations (traffic control, cone setup, documentation, support driving)
