What You’ll Do As an Automotive Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining fleet performance through routine service, light repairs, and field support.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an automotive technician or similar mechanical role
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and EV fundamentals
- Valid Texas driver’s license + clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality
- Comfortable working around advanced vehicle technology
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as an EV Technician
- Experience working with ADAS-equipped vehicles
Responsibilities
- Assessing and documenting vehicle damage after road incidents
- Performing minor on-site repairs and coordinating major repairs with partner service centers
- Completing scheduled maintenance and inspections (brakes, fluids, AC, tires, etc.)
- Monitoring vehicle condition and spotting issues before they become problems
- Supporting field operations with vehicle evacuations and towing coordination
- Transporting vehicles to service appointments, repairs, and washes to keep the fleet running smoothly
- Maintaining shop and fleet cleanliness, readiness, and safety compliance
