About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Field Merchandising Specialist to support in-store execution, promotional rollouts, and merchandising standards across multiple grocery retail locations. This role serves as a key link between corporate merchandising strategy and store-level implementation, ensuring displays, pricing, and product placement align with company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable traveling between locations while maintaining strong partnerships with store teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of Fresh merchandising experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools; experience with retail systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple store locations independently.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and travel between assigned stores.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain planograms, promotional displays, and seasonal resets according to company guidelines.
• Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with pricing, signage, and merchandising standards.
• Identify and correct out-of-stock conditions and presentation issues.
• Partner with store leadership to support sales-driving initiatives and new product launches.
• Submit detailed reports, photos, and execution summaries following store visits.
• Assist in training store associates on merchandising standards and display expectations.
• Monitor product performance and provide feedback to merchandising leadership.
• Support multi-store initiatives, resets, and major promotional transitions.
