Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager, the Field Marketing Specialist is a key member of our team, dedicated to creating meaningful and lasting connections with consumers, retail partners, and the outdoor community. This role requires an energetic, self-motivated individual with strong communication, organizational, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for the outdoor industry. We’re looking for someone who can bring cultural moments to life through Merrell’s product stories by partnering with key retailers to drive sell-through and represent the brand during marketing and product activations. Acting as a true brand ambassador, you will represent Merrell at events and in retail environments delivering product and marketing narratives that inspire and engage. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both the community and retail partners is essential to success in this role. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to amplify Merrell’s brand voice and foster authentic, two-way conversations with consumers.
