About The Position

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to join Digital Realty’s AMER Marketing team, supporting our Enterprise U.S. Sales organization. In this role, you’ll execute regional marketing initiatives — from in-person customer events to virtual engagements — designed to deepen relationships, accelerate pipeline growth, and position Digital Realty as the global leader in data center, colocation, and AI-ready infrastructure. You’ll partner closely with district sales leaders and cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with strategic priorities, ensuring every program delivers measurable business impact. From event logistics to field communications, your work will help connect our brand promise — delivering a foundation for digital transformation — directly to customer experiences in the region. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B or field marketing, ideally within the technology, cloud, or data center industry (internships included).
  • Demonstrated success in event planning and execution, from concept through reporting.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce and Marketo preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Partners, and Corporate Marketing teams.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for driving measurable results and elevating Digital Realty’s leadership in digital and AI-ready infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute field marketing events — including executive roundtables, workshops, and webinars — to support regional Enterprise sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify target accounts and engagement opportunities that advance pipeline and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Manage end-to-end event execution, including vendor coordination, venue management, creative assets, budget tracking, and post-event follow-up.
  • Support sales enablement efforts, including localized communications, campaign amplification, and regional toolkits to drive awareness of Digital Realty’s data center solutions.
  • Ensure strong sales and marketing alignment, maintaining regular communication with account teams to measure impact and share performance insights.
  • Track and report marketing metrics, including event ROI, engagement, and influenced pipeline, to optimize future programs.
