Job Summary: The Field Marketing Specialist plans and executes local store plans developed to help stores promote brand awareness, sales, and community involvement. Works very closely with store General Managers, Area Supervisors and Regional Directors to ensure the flawless execution of local store events and sponsorships. Identifies store and community sales growth initiatives.
