About The Position

This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a strong understanding of plastic and reconstructive surgery who thrives in a dynamic, field-focused environment. You will collaborate across product development, marketing, sales, and customer support to design and execute strategies that drive adoption and engagement of specialized biomaterials. The position offers extensive hands-on field experience, including working directly with key opinion leaders (KOLs), attending surgical procedures, and translating clinical insights into actionable marketing initiatives. You will have the opportunity to shape messaging, build long-term relationships with high-influence surgeons, and support cross-functional projects that impact both commercial success and patient outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical, on-the-ground marketing execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or a related field
  • 3-8 years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, or a related role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery marketing or field engagement
  • Strong content creation and communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality marketing materials under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with design fundamentals including graphics, layout, and typography
  • Excellent organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to motivate others

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with KOLs to support product adoption, advocacy, and peer-to-peer education, including cadaver labs, podium opportunities, and clinical case observations
  • Develop marketing collateral and campaigns, including social media content, emails, landing pages, and field tools, ensuring consistent messaging across channels
  • Gather clinical insights from KOLs and translate them into actionable marketing materials to support product strategy and field engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment and maximize impact
  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize marketing strategies and project outcomes in real time
  • Represent the company at trade shows and professional events, supporting customer engagement and brand visibility
