About The Position

This is a great opportunity to work with a new delivery program launching in the area. The role involves recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage with prospective businesses, pitch the program, qualify applicants, guide them through the application process, and coordinate recruitment events. This position requires travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers the potential to earn commission for each partner converted.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Outside/Field Sales experience required.
CRM Experience required, Salesforce preferred.
Proficiency in outbound sales.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.

Nice To Haves

Field sales experience is a plus.
Prior experience in roles involving sales and/or negotiation with customers.
Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a high sense of urgency.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for field applicants.
Tech-savvy with experience in multiple systems and technology.

Responsibilities

Visit prospective businesses targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and applications.
Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing the pipeline in Salesforce.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
