About The Position

As a Field Marketing Manager at Veeva Systems, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated marketing plans aimed at achieving North American revenue and retention goals. This position requires close collaboration with Sales, Market Strategists, and Product Marketing teams within a dynamic and rapidly growing business environment. Your primary focus will be on overseeing and driving demand generation and field marketing initiatives that support the revenue objectives of our existing customer base while also acquiring new customers. You will be responsible for owning the strategy, development, and execution of targeted marketing programs. These programs will encompass a variety of initiatives, including demand generation campaigns, customer retention and education campaigns, field events, user events, industry events/tradeshows, webinars, digital marketing, and public relations efforts. Your creativity and innovative thinking will be essential as you contribute new ideas and campaign approaches to penetrate new and competitive markets. In this role, you will also be tasked with writing compelling campaign copy for various platforms, including landing pages, emails, and social media posts, all designed to drive high engagement and conversion rates. Working closely with sales teams, you will craft account-level marketing plans for top strategic accounts, ensuring that you understand the complex buying and selling processes that involve multiple decision-makers in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Additionally, you will manage relevant agencies and third-party vendors in the execution of marketing programs, while also tracking and measuring all marketing initiatives to optimize resources against objectives and budget.
