About The Position

Statewide Remodeling is hiring immediately Retail and Event Lead Generation Manager to join our Marketing team. As the Retail and Event Lead Generation Manager, you will play a critical role in hiring new marketing associates, training and coaching prioritizing efforts to optimize results. The main responsibility of this position is to guide and coach employees/promoters to ensure they can generate the appropriate number of leads needed for our sales staff at the most cost effective means possible. This position will oversee all promoters within all retail venues and events thus will be required to travel to each as needed. Statewide is one of the fasting growing remodeling companies in the USA and is dedicated to helping families in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas renovate their homes. Using high-quality products and workmanship dating back to 1994, we've left a trail of over 100,000+ happy customers behind us. We were founded to address a recurring problem in the home improvement market: the inconsistency of experiences that customers face when they hire a contractor to remodel their home. Requirements

  • Face to Face Marketing experience a plus (canvassing or promoting)
  • Management or leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be available to work weekends consistently
  • Lead Setting experience
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Must have a valid Driver's License & clean driving record and pass criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, mentor and inspire multiple employees, identify challenges, and develop solutions
  • Develop and foster ongoing positive working relationships with the business leadership, and customers and employees
  • Lead, assist, and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Maintain professional interaction with both customers
  • Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail/Events Operations
