About The Position

Twin Health is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to own and scale our field marketing and events strategy. This role will drive pipeline creation and acceleration through Twin-hosted events, externally sponsored conferences, account-based marketing (ABM) programs, and client activations. You will serve as the primary field marketing partner to our sales team, translating revenue goals into high-impact field programs. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who excels at building strong sales and client success alignment and turning live and virtual experiences into measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation experience
  • Proven experience managing both hosted events and sponsored conferences
  • Strong sales & success partnership skills with a track record of driving pipeline through field programs
  • Experience executing ABM programs and account-centric marketing initiatives
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring ROI and attribution
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% for events

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise B2B environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and event management platforms
  • Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve marketing efficiency
  • Monday.com or workflow automation experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive enablement of the field marketing strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue target
  • Build quarterly and annual field marketing plans that integrate:
  • Twin-hosted events (executive dinners, roundtables, summits)
  • Externally sponsored conferences and trade shows
  • Client and co-marketing initiatives
  • 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs
  • Client + member testimonials
  • Ensure all programs align with GTM priorities and sales objectives
  • Plan, manage, and execute high-impact events from end to end, including:
  • Contract negotiation, budgeting, logistics, staffing, and vendor management
  • Pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up motions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event execution and onsite coordination when needed
  • Ensure each event is optimized for pipeline generation, engagement, and brand visibility
  • Act as the primary field marketing liaison to the client success and sales team
  • Partner closely with Sales and Client Growth and Success team leadership to:
  • Identify priority accounts and opportunities
  • Design targeted ABM and field programs that accelerate deal progression
  • Enable strong pre-, during-, and post-event sales motions
  • Drive adoption of field marketing and sales enablement tools to support scale and consistency
  • Develop and execute co-marketing programs with strategic partners
  • Plan and launch joint initiatives including events, webinars, and integrated GTM campaigns
  • Ensure alignment across marketing, sales, and partner teams
  • Own field marketing performance tracking and reporting, including:
  • Leads, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generated and influenced
  • Build dashboards and share insights with stakeholders (SF + Hubspot)
  • Continuously test, optimize, and improve field programs based on performance data
  • Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Content, and Design teams to develop event and field assets
  • Support content needs including landing pages, nurture flows, signage, and enablement materials
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and tracking frameworks
  • Support creation of member + client testimonials to support Sales and Client Success team needs
  • Create repeatable processes, templates, and toolkits to scale the field marketing function
  • Other duties as assigned
