About The Position

The Field Marketing Manager is the dedicated coach, connector, and day-to-day people manager for adidas Brand Specialists. This role ensures that Specialists are trained, supported, performing consistently, and delivering elevated in-store execution across all markets . YOUR IMPACT IN THE ROLE: Directly manage Brand Specialists across multiple markets, providing regular coaching, feedback, and performance management. Be the frontline support system for Specialists: problem-solving, elevating needs, and removing day-to-day roadblocks. Ensure field execution is consistent, on-brand, and aligned to seasonal priorities set by National Account Managers. Lead new hire onboarding, in-market coaching visits, and ongoing development for Specialists. Track weekly KPIs and ensure each Specialist understands their targets and how to hit them. Monitor in-store presence, merchandising quality, product trial, seeding, and associate engagement standards. Serve as the communication bridge between Specialists and the National Account Managers, translating strategy into actionable execution while providing visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities. Champion culture, retention, morale, and engagement, fostering a connected, motivated, and accountable Specialist community. Support Training Camp execution by preparing Specialists, delivering sessions, and ensuring learning translates into field behaviors.

Requirements

  • Experience managing distributed field teams or retail brand reps with a track record of driving consistent performance and engagement (5+ years experience).
  • Strong coaching mindset with the ability to motivate, develop and hold Specialists accountable through clear expectations and regular feedback.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, ensuring seamless information flow between the field and National Account Managers.
  • Uphold operational excellence, with the ability to track KPIs, manage multiple markets, and ensure consistent on-brand execution.
  • Ability to translate direction from National Account Managers Managers into clear daily execution for Specialists.
  • Passion for retail, training, and building people-first teams.
