We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to support Buildots’ marketing efforts in North America. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on event execution, community-building and adapting global marketing initiatives for the North American market. As part of your role, you will collaborate with the global marketing team and the sales function in your region to help localize and execute targeted marketing campaigns to ensure revenue goals are met. Requirements

  • 3+ years of Field marketing and event management experience a global B2B environment
  • Experience building and nurturing local communities that drive thought leadership
  • Ability to work independently against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment while keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, independent and think through problems to come up with innovative solutions
  • Experience successfully interfacing with external vendors and external marketing agencies
  • Passion for tech and a geeky mindset
  • A specific NA marketing background and understanding of the peculiarities of local regions within North America

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B Saas, construction tech, construction or the built environment - an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and execute local field marketing and community activities in the region
  • Plan and produce in-person events – including tradeshows, meetups and professional gatherings
  • Build and grow a local community of construction operations leaders (online and offline)
  • Localize and adapt global content , ensuring messaging resonates with North American audiences
  • Working on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution
  • Support ABM initiatives by planning and executing account-specific events, including customer meetings, internal enablement sessions, and regional client activations
  • Establishing and developing partnerships within the ecosystem for co-marketing activities
