QA Wolf is on a mission to eliminate every software bug in the world. We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to design and run in-person events that put QA Wolf directly in front of key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and running elevated, in-person executive experiences, and will be responsible for managing the full event funnel from planning to execution.

  • Own end-to-end executive event programming.
  • Plan, produce, and host elevated dinners and roundtables with a repeatable playbook that scales.
  • Drive the right attendance by building targeted lists and crafting compelling invites.
  • Be the on-site point person and moderator for events.
  • Track attendance, meetings/SQOs/pipeline, report impact, and iterate to maximize ROI.
  • Lead 'fill-the-room' motions and orchestrate invite strategy.
  • Travel to key markets (~30%) to host events.
  • 3+ years of experience in building and running elevated, in-person executive experiences.
  • Ability to host and engage with guests effectively.
  • Experience in managing the full event funnel from venue selection to post-event follow-up.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline and revenue impact from events.
  • Comfortable curating conversations for engineering executives.
  • Prior sales experience.
  • Experience partnering with Account Executives.
  • Base Salary of $140k, Total Earnings of $160K USD.
