We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team focused on the National segment. This critical role will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative field marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and strengthen our brand presence within key national accounts. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success. You will be a key liaison between sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders, and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing field marketing programs that drive pipeline growth.
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles and best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce).
  • Experience with DemandBase considered a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative, forward-thinking, and results oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to develop and refine the go-to-market strategy for the National segment.
  • Design and implement comprehensive field marketing plans tailored to the National segment, aligned with overall marketing objectives and pipeline targets.
  • Leverage ABM principles to create and execute highly personalized campaigns that engage key decision-makers within strategic national accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, channel partners, and marketing leadership.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of field marketing programs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for field marketing initiatives.
  • Embrace a culture of experimentation and innovation, proactively identifying and testing new approaches to field marketing.
