To support media companies in their growth in this fast-paced media world, we deliver innovative software solutions that optimize the life cycle of their content across channels and services. We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the Americas region (US, Canada, and South America). In this role, you will serve as the face of Mediagenix across the Americas. You’ll take global marketing strategies and translate them into regionally relevant events, content, and campaign adaptations that strengthen our brand presence, drive demand, and support commercial success. You’ll act as the link between global strategy and local execution—bringing our brand to life on the ground. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation: planning and executing events, localizing campaigns, managing PR activities, enabling the sales team, and gathering market intelligence. As the first point of contact for many regional opportunities, you will represent Mediagenix with professionalism, cultural awareness, and a strong understanding of the media and entertainment technology landscape.

Requirements

  • A relevant 3 years' experience in B2B market and software industry business
  • Fluent English speaker with strong copywriting and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong event management background with proven success in US market activations.
  • Cultural fluency and ability to adapt messaging, materials, and interactions across the Americas region
  • Demonstrated ability to translate global marketing initiatives into locally impactful actions.
  • Experience in lead qualification, customer engagement, and supporting partner-driven activities.
  • Hands-on approach, able to manage both planning and execution across multiple priorities.
  • Strong cross-functional and cross-regional collaborator.
  • Demonstrated diverse and inclusive interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in a multi-region, matrixed environment
  • Willingness to travel regionally for events and partner engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, webinars, and customer interviews, ensuring alignment with Mediagenix’s global marketing objectives.
  • Localize campaign materials in collaboration with Product Marketing
  • Serve as first contact for trade show booth visitors or inbound leads—qualifying interest, capturing details, and organizing next steps with Sales.
  • Source and adapt regional customer stories and references for marketing and sales enablement
  • Brief PR agencies and occasionally draft press releases, newsletters, and event follow-ups to keep audiences engaged and informed.
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting messaging to cultural and market-specific contexts.
  • Support internal Sales and Customer Success teams with localized sales enablement materials to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Build and maintain updated market intelligence, including targets, prospects, and customer mapping.
