About The Position

As the Field Marketing Director for Global Accounts, you will lead enterprise-focused marketing strategies that directly drive revenue growth across high-value accounts. You will partner closely with Sales leadership to define and execute account-based marketing initiatives, ensuring that each engagement is strategic, measurable, and impactful. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, operational rigor, and hands-on execution, with responsibility for pipeline contribution, executive alignment, and bespoke marketing programs. You will build scalable frameworks, deliver high-touch customer experiences, and serve as a trusted consultant to account teams, shaping global account marketing practices. This position is ideal for an experienced marketer who thrives in complex B2B environments and enjoys balancing global consistency with account-specific nuances.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, including senior roles supporting enterprise sales motions and ABM.
  • Proven success in driving pipeline creation, revenue impact, and multi-stakeholder engagement in complex sales environments.
  • Experience establishing and scaling field marketing programs, frameworks, and operating models.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, or other analytics tools for reporting and decision-making.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving strategies while maintaining accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategic account marketing plans aligned to enterprise revenue targets and long-term growth priorities.
  • Drive account-based marketing (ABM) programs across high-value accounts, including 1:1 and 1:few engagement strategies.
  • Design and deliver executive-level programs, workshops, and networking opportunities tailored to account-specific needs.
  • Act as a strategic partner to account directors, integrating marketing into account planning and GTM execution.
  • Manage regional customer events and campaigns to support pipeline, awareness, and customer expansion goals.
  • Use intent data and account insights to map buying committees and deploy targeted messaging for diverse stakeholders.
  • Maintain operational discipline with budget management, ROI accountability, and performance monitoring across accounts.
  • Represent the field marketing function in global planning and cross-functional leadership discussions.
