About The Position

Field Marketing & Community Outreach Manager North Fort Worth, TX Pay: DOE + Bonus Opportunities This is a field-based role requiring daily in-person outreach. You will spend most of your time outside of the office. About the Role We’re looking for a relationship-driven, high-energy professional to support the growth of our orthodontic practice through consistent, in-person outreach and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting new people, and building strong professional relationships. What You’ll Do Visit dental offices and referral partners daily Build and maintain strong professional relationships Follow up consistently to stay top-of-mind with partners Represent the practice at local events, schools, and community activities Coordinate outreach visits, drop-offs, and office interactions Travel between multiple office locations in North Fort Worth, including Haslet, Keller, Azle, Saginaw, and surrounding areas This is a highly mobile role, and some days will require visiting multiple locations within the same day Track outreach activity and manage your daily schedule effectively What You’ll Be Responsible For Generating new patient opportunities through relationship building Maintaining and growing referral partnerships over time Representing the practice in a professional and engaging way Supporting local events and outreach initiatives Ensuring consistent follow-up and communication with partners What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with in-person outreach, including walking into offices and introducing yourself Self-motivated and able to manage your day independently Organized and consistent with follow-up Professional, confident, and personable Experience in outreach, healthcare, dental, sales, or hospitality is a plus Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What Success Looks Like Establishing consistent referral relationships Becoming a trusted presence in local offices Driving steady growth in new patient referrals Staying organized and proactive with outreach efforts This Role Is NOT For You If: You prefer working behind a computer most of the day You are primarily interested in social media or digital marketing You are not comfortable with face-to-face interaction and outreach Why Join Us?
