The Field Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day field operations. This includes developing a thorough understanding of field operations, building strong relationships with both the client and delivery teams, and continuously improving efficiency and revenue within the delivery operations. With the leadership and support of the Director of Operations, the Field Manager will build team capabilities to successfully execute the company’s overall strategy and deliver results for their department today and in the future. They will work cross-functionally with key partners in the corporate office and client leadership to achieve or exceed goals in alignment with the company’s vision. The ideal candidate will embody the Company’s culture and inspire others to create new possibilities. They will serve as a role model for self-development and maintain a visible presence in the operation, actively encouraging and energizing their team. Experience with appliance installations is highly preferred, as the role involves working closely with independent contractors on scope of work.
