About The Position
Performs daily maintenance of baseball fields.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, and the public.
- Decision making capabilities.
- Ability to work hard in physically challenging conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Grounds maintenance experience
- Knowledge of Baseball / Softball
- Familiarity with hand tools
Responsibilities
- Performing hands-on tasks including operation of 4-wheeler; raking, digging and moving earth and heavy objects; laying out bases and chalk lines; cleaning restrooms; picking up trash; other.
- Communicating maintenance and personnel issues to the Field Maintenance Supervisor in a clear and timely manner.
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, with notice.
