The Field Logistics Leader provides leadership, coordination, supervision, and oversight of field operations. This leader often acts as a client interface and problem solver. This individual will be responsible for overall effectiveness and efficiency of the field departments. This is an opportunity to lead a team of great people toward great results. Responsibilities

• Operational and/or logistics leadership experience
• Responsible for leading department towards set production, revenue, and profit goals.
• Assess the competency and capability of personnel by providing coaching and training.
• Experience with hiring, training, and managing team members.
• Set and maintain work standards and outline behavioral expectations to ensure employee morale and productivity.
• Maintain a record of achieving a high-level of Customer Satisfaction
• Delegate responsibility and maintain follow up for assessment of results.
• Promote, support, and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment.
• Proven experience as a Department Leader or similar executive role
