POSITION SUMMARY The Field Inventory Program Manager will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and procedures in Transmedics Field Hubs. They will supervise the 3rd Party provider and their conduct of inventory activities. They will be responsible for maintaining our existing policies and procedures on field inventory as well as implementing enhancements and improvements. The Field Inventory Manager will review and approve inventories as well as conduct Field Inventory Audits. The Field Inventory Program Manager will need to travel a minimum of 25% a month (33% of calendar year minimum). Located ideally out of Denver, San Ramon, or Scottsdale Hub. The expected base salary range for this role is $90,600.00-$113,000.00 which represents the company’s current good-faith estimate of compensation for this position. Actual salary will depend on factors such as, but not limited to, candidate experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific work location. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and wellness resources).
