As a key member of the Sales Operations and Business Intelligence team you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. The Field Inventory Analyst will report into the Sales Operations and Business Intelligence team and support our Field Inventory team. You will be responsible for moderately complex analysis and reports for inventory management. The Field Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing inventory data across various field locations to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize costs, and improve overall supply chain efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Power BI for reporting, and expertise in DAX for data modeling and analysis. The candidate will collaborate closely with field teams and operations to provide actionable insights that drive inventory-related decisions. The ideal candidate will have high energy and work ethic, be a team player, and have a desire to learn about the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory analysis, supply chain, sales operations, business analytics, or related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Alteryx)
  • Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Experience working in a sales-driven organization and understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key inventory metrics (e.g., turnover, aging, stockouts) and all field inventory KPI’s, including loaner services, and Field Audit Services performance reports and metrics.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dynamic and interactive reports to provide stakeholders with real-time inventory insights and track key inventory KPIs
  • Use DAX to create advanced calculations, measures, and custom tables for data modeling
  • Perform deep-dive analyses into inventory trends and performance using DAX and Power BI
  • Work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations to align inventory strategies
  • Provide field teams with insights on inventory performance and support in identifying improvement opportunities
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce variances
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support sales leadership and cross-functional teams
