Visit our Great Place to Work company profile! Working at Performance Point. Summary: The Quality Inspector is responsible for completing Fit n Finish inspections for new construction homes. Fit and Finish inspections are comprehensive inspections just prior to turnover. The inspection focuses on verification that each unit is complete – meaning all systems and components, finishes, and finish hardware is installed to industry standard and are aesthetically attractive (straight, flush, clean). We inspect all surfaces and document components as meeting or exceeding performance standards. Our Fit and Finish inspections include taking photographs of each item to ensure that each system and component reflect quality standards. Any anomalies identified are reported to the superintendent, and the responsible trade contractor is expected to immediately resolve the issue upon completion of our inspection. Quality Inspectors should enjoy exposure to varying environments and constantly facing new challenges and learning opportunities. The Quality Inspector may be required to supervise other contractors and provide on-site expertise.
