At Pelles Heating & Cooling Services in Mars, PA, we're looking for a full-time Field HVAC Service Supervisor ! WHAT'S THE SCOPE? Take on a leadership role with exceptional benefits and competitive pay ranging from $35-$45/hour plus commissions You will work a steady Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM . Occasionally, you'll have the opportunity for overtime or to participate in the on-call rotation, supporting your team when it matters most. YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER As a Field HVAC Service Supervisor, you will step into a leadership role guiding our HVAC service and installation teams. You'll coach, mentor, and support technicians and installers, conducting ride-alongs and performance check-ins to help your team grow. You will ensure that jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with codes, reviewing work quality and documentation while reinforcing company standards and safety practices. Your communication with dispatch and technicians will keep operations running smoothly, and your hands-on expertise will help resolve complex diagnostics or escalated customer concerns. As a champion for customer satisfaction, you'll ensure every customer receives clear explanations, professional service, and high-quality outcomes. You may take service calls as needed, modeling best-practice field performance and supporting the team. Through it all, you'll help foster a collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented environment. Requirements

  • 8+ years of HVAC experience (service, maintenance, and installation)
  • EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example
  • Commitment to professionalism, customer satisfaction, and team success
  • Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience (strongly preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • NATE certification and experience (a plus)
