About The Position

The Field Foreman will be responsible for all job site leadership, quality, and accountability.

Requirements

• 2+ years leading electrical teams
• Experience in all of the following:
• Communication with General Contractors
• Job Site Leadership
• Job Planning and Logistics
• Desire to serve and put the good of others before ones self
• Computer literacy and comfort working in a computer based environment
• Desire to grow and learn
• The position will require consistent travel in the southeastern United States with some work in the metro Atlanta area.

Responsibilities

• Communication with general contractor's superintendent
• Day to day leadership of electrical team
• Development of less experienced electricians
• Ensuring that projects are completed in accordance with the NEC and other applicable codes
• Ensuring that projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget
• Coordinate job staffing, material orders, and job logistics with the Home Office
• Report to the Project Manager daily progress on the job site
• Ensure proper timekeeping on the jobsite
• Desire to develop and take-on superintendent responsibilities
