About The Position

Moxie Pest Control is hiring Entry-Level Pest Control Technicians for IMMEDIATE HIRE. No experience required. We train the right people and invest in your long-term success. This is a full-time, stable position with long-term earning potential. This is a field-based position. You’ll work independently while being supported by a strong team. We are a customer service company that just happens to eliminate pests. Technicians start the day at our warehouse for team meetings and training, then travel to residential customers in a company vehicle. No pest control experience? No problem. Training is fully paid and typically lasts 2+ weeks (or until you are fully prepared to service customers independently). We don’t just hire employees — we develop professionals.
