The Role As a Field Experience Representative for HOKA, you’ll be a proactive connector, engaging local communities and elevating brand awareness. You’ll support HOKA by training retail staff, engaging consumers at events, and providing marketing support throughout your territory. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Experience with consumer-first strategy
  • Experience maintaining productive, effective, and professional relationships
  • Familiarity with all products offered by HOKA
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong record of follow-through
  • One-on-one service, fitting, and selling of technical running footwear and apparel
  • Ability to prioritize workflow
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Excellent negotiating and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and show initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to travel within the territory for the role, up to 80%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, sales representatives, and retail store sales staff
  • Plan and execute effective schedules in collaboration with sales reps and office personnel
  • Deliver exceptional one-on-one service, fitting, and selling of technical running footwear and apparel
  • Engage consumers at events, activations, and expos to build awareness and stimulate try-ons and sales
  • Communicate inventory questions or concerns to sales representatives and showcase the brand positively in stores
  • Prepare and present information effectively to client groups
  • Maintain a strong record of follow-through and prioritize workflow
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, and proactive problem-solving
  • Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge
