About The Position

As a Field Experience Representative for HOKA ONE ONE, you’ll be a proactive self-starter with a passion for connecting with local communities and increasing brand awareness. You’ll support the HOKA brand by training retail staff, engaging consumers at events, activations, and expos, and providing marketing support throughout your territory. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Experience working at promotional events
  • Experience with one-on-one service, fitting, and selling technical running footwear
  • Familiarity with all products offered by HOKA ONE ONE
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Proven record of follow-through and ability to prioritize workflow
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to exercise good judgment and initiative
  • Excellent negotiating and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prepare and present information effectively to client groups

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, sales representatives, and retail store sales staff
  • Plan effective weekly schedules in collaboration with sales reps and office personnel
  • Interact with retail sales staff, generate excitement, teach about the brand and products, and answer questions
  • Work at consumer events to demonstrate products, build awareness, and stimulate try-ons and sales
  • Identify opportunities with new and existing consumer groups in the field and strategize with the team to align with regional and brand goals
  • Showcase the brand positively in stores and communicate inventory questions or concerns to sales representatives
  • Foster creativity and a consumer-first strategy, aligning with regional and brand directives
  • Document daily activities, provide monthly reports, and follow up on key actions
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and communications through research and ongoing learning
  • Travel up to 80%
