The Field Execution Manager (FEM) is responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring best-in-class retail execution across an assigned territory. This role focuses on expanding brand presence, increasing retail performance, and strengthening distributor and retailer partnerships through consistent in-store execution and strategic account management. The FEM plays a critical role in executing display strategy, improving Retail Performance Scores (RPS), optimizing shelf and cooler placement, and delivering measurable results at the store level. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to manage multiple retail accounts efficiently. The anticipated start date for this position is April 1, 2026. This is a project-based role expected to run through December 31, 2026, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
