About The Position

As the Brand Manager, Beverage at Feastables, you will be responsible for the management of our core product portfolio spanning across our tablet and cup products. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercialization, you will play a critical role in supporting our brand with a General Manager mentality to pursue growth targets through 4P excellence and a motivated cross functional team (Brand Marketing, Sales, Category Management, Finance, etc.). You’ll drive the pursuit of our annual revenue targets through P+L oversight, insights analysis across our top customers, execution of critical elements of our brand strategy and close collaboration across the marketing and sales organizations. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CPG food & beverage brand management, with a proven track record of managing successful product launches at shelf and online
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects through stage-gate processes
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to convey business and brand metrics at the customer
  • Data-driven and analytic with a deep understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and performance metrics
  • Experience working with retailers (either from an HQ role or customer-facing) is highly desirable
  • Time management with a bias toward action, especially within a lean team and fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the creator / social media space

Responsibilities

  • Business and portfolio management with an emphasis on financial performance, customer strategy and product across our beverage innovations
  • Analyze and interpret key business metrics moving customer data to insights and actions
  • Lead product and account performance reviews in close collaboration with sales and category management counterparts
  • Manage SKU performance and optimization through price pack architecture, revenue guidance, item rationalization to strengthen our category positioning
  • Weaponize trade spend and steward the demand generation process with cross-functional partners to maximize investments to drive revenue, capitalize on volume opportunities, and mitigate gaps/risks to our growth plans
  • Help develop and action our product roadmap across a 3 year growth pipeline
