About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering operations in Corsicana, Texas. The Engineering Manager will oversee a team of field engineers and technical staff, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. This role is crucial in driving technical excellence and innovation within the Riot EPC organization. This primarily based in Corsicana, Texas and may also support the Rockdale, Texas site.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience managing large scale engineering projects.
• Must have proven experience leading engineering or technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) is required.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification or formal project management training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple projects, including electrical infrastructure and bitcoin mining operations.
• Oversee design, planning, and execution of engineering solutions for high-power electrical systems and facility upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, construction, and IT to ensure seamless project integration.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and drafters.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development of team members.
• Implement and maintain project management tools and reporting systems.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to long-term infrastructure development.
