What You Will Be Doing As the CLS Battery Lead you will be the day to day focal point for 2 5 logistics specialists, guiding all maintenance, sustainment, and training activities for the THAAD battery. You'll split your time between a 2 to 4 year OCONUS deployment in KSA and a CONUS home base at Fort Bliss, TX, where you'll complete pre deployment training and coordinate with program leadership. Your responsibilities will include: • Acting as the primary CLS point of contact for RSADF operational leaders, providing clear status and advice on THAAD maintenance. • Supervising and directing the daily work of 2 5 CLS personnel to ensure compliance with U.S. Army Material Maintenance Management concepts and procedures. • Delivering field and sustainment level maintenance support for THADF equipment, including troubleshooting beyond the Enhanced Operator/Maintainer (EOM) level. • Managing the RSADF maintenance and sustainment program: scheduling services, overseeing system upgrades, and coordinating modifications. • Preparing and delivering transition training so RSADF maintainers assume full responsibility for the battery. • Conducting daily maintenance briefings with the RSADF Commander (or designated rep) and reporting status and administrative requirements to senior leadership. • Requesting Engineering Reach Back support for complex issues and ensuring rapid resolution. • Maintaining open, candid communication channels with RSADF, U.S. Government representatives, and Lockheed Martin leadership to build trust and confidence. • Living on site in housing near the KSA THAAD battery and participating in all required pre deployment and sustainment activities.
