About The Position
We’re hiring reliable Field Crew Members to support residential remodeling and construction projects. This role is hands-on and ideal for individuals who want to grow their skills while working alongside experienced tradespeople.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of home remodeling and construction
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
- Support carpentry, painting, drywall, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Follow instructions from project leads and help meet project deadlines
