Requirements

Assistant Crew Leader: $24 per hour 1+ years experience in framing, carpentry, or deck building.
Crew Member: $20 per hour 6 months + experience in a building trades position. Ability to read a tape measure and identify tools.
Posses a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to ensure consistent on -time arrival to job sites.
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
The ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50 pounds with prolonged standing.
