Scope of Position: The Residential Scattered Site Field Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of the scattered site housing program, overseeing the coordination of tenant services and property management tasks. This role involves facilitating move-ins and move-outs, scheduling and supervising repairs and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. The Field Coordinator acts as a liaison between tenants, landlords, and service providers, handles emergency situations, and maintains accurate documentation and reports. They also collaborate with various departments to optimize program effectiveness and address any issues related to apartment readiness and tenant support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Driver’s License required
  • Experience in facilities or property management
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to change
  • Stress-resistant, flexible, and a team player open to feedback
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with mental illness, crisis intervention, and managing trauma-triggered behavior
  • Willingness to perform CPR, First Aid, AED, CPI, and Naloxone

  • Preferred knowledge of AWARDS
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage apartment turnover tasks including junk removal, repairs, and furniture delivery.
  • Coordinate client move-ins and move-outs.
  • Schedule vendors and facilitate apartment access.
  • Address landlord issues with property management and residential services.
  • Project manage repair assessments and completions with clients, staff, landlords, and vendors.
  • Track apartment inspections and ensure repairs and work orders are completed using emails, Real Page, and charting systems.
  • Create reports based on inspection and repair findings.
  • Be available for emergencies.
  • Accompany staff on home visits as needed.
  • Attend interdepartmental meetings to discuss procedures and work orders.
  • Perform light repair work to assist in apartment readiness.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.
