RNR Tire Express is a national franchise retailer of quality tires and custom wheels, established in 2000 with over 200 locations in 29 states. The Field Collector role is a full-time position focused on maintaining customer relationships. The majority of the day is spent in the office, utilizing phone and computer skills to review applications, identify opportunities to renew customer agreements, and provide excellent customer service. This includes making calls to customers regarding expired agreements and to references on expired accounts, resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment, and scheduling voluntary turn-ins of merchandise. Additionally, the role involves going out into the field to pick up products and distribute door hangers. The ideal candidate is positive, a strong communicator, passionate about customer service, patient, and capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
