About The Position

RNR Tire Express is seeking a full-time Field Collector with excellent customer service skills. This role is crucial for maintaining customer relationships, primarily through phone and computer interactions, to facilitate the renewal of customer agreements and resolve any related issues. The position also involves field activities such as picking up products and distributing door hangers. RNR Tire Express, established in 2000, is a national franchise retailer specializing in quality tires and custom wheels, boasting over 200 locations across 29 states and continuing to expand. The company prides itself on a culture centered around serving customers and empowering its employees with comprehensive training and tools, fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Requirements

  • Experience as sales agent, rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Professional communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer and phone skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer relationships.
  • Recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements by reviewing applications.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Make phone calls to customers regarding expired agreements.
  • Make phone calls to references on expired accounts.
  • Actively listen and assist in resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment.
  • Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise.
  • Go out into the field to pick up product.
  • Perform door hangers.
  • Handle challenging opportunities quickly while providing top-notch customer service.
  • Meet weekly goals.
