ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to serve as a critical technical bridge (post-sales) between our customers, sales team, and internal engineering groups. In this role, you will support customer evaluations, provide hands-on technical expertise, and ensure successful adoption of our products in real-world applications.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Software, or related discipline)
• 3+ years of experience in Field Applications, Applications Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role
• Strong hands-on technical skills relevant to the product domain (e.g., hardware, software, systems, embedded, optics, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Willingness to travel as required to support customers

Responsibilities

• Will be the primary technical point of contact for customers during pre- and post-sales engagements
• Support customer evaluations, proof-of-concept activities, and product demos
• Work closely with Sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions
• Deliver technical onsite presentations and training to our customers
