T his pivotal full-time role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with approximately 200 stores in your designated region, ensuring successful promotion and sales of Nulo products aimed to position Nulo as a leader in the premium pet food industry. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Retailer Engagement: Conduct quarterly visits to each unique store, fostering a consistent and positive presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with store employees through regular in-store visits. Provide in-depth education sessions for store employees, emphasizing the benefits and features of Nulo nutrition products. Promote and drive participation in the retailer employee discount feeding program. Attend district-level store leader meetings to stay informed about regional initiatives. Collaborate with store and district leaders on strategies to optimize sales and enhance brand visibility. Merchandising Excellence: Ensure strategic placement of promotional materials such as flyers and magnets in break areas to maximize visibility and engagement. Implement merchandising strategies, including limiting Out of Stock (OOS), facing products, and validating Planogram (POG) and Incremental Display placements. Product Expertise: Deliver comprehensive information on the basal nutrition of Nulo products. Highlight key features and benefits to store teams during visits. Requirements

Previous experience in field account management or a related role.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with store teams.
A passion for dogs and cats.
The drive to deliver results paired with a continuous sense of urgency.
An ability to relate to our active lifestyle positioning and our ‘food as fuel’ philosophy.
Availability to work standard schedule from Monday to Friday, and occasionally on weekends
Remote field-based position with majority of time spent on site in retail locations
