  • Promotes, sells, and secures orders from existing and prospective customers using a relationship-based consultative approach.
  • Demonstrates products and services to customers and assists them in selecting the best options to lower their total cleaning costs.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy to maximize the return on time investment for the territory.
  • Develops clear and effective written presentations, proposals, and quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Attends and participates in monthly sales meetings, seminars, trade shows, and conventions.
  • Effectively uses CRM program to manage pipeline targets and document important sales opportunities.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Prior outside business-to-business sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high consideration for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment.
  • Proficient computer skills working with various office equipment.
