Requirements

  • Self-Motivation: A strong "hunter" mentality with a focus on closing deals and building a professional network.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, and presentation skills are essential for engaging business owners and C-suite executives.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience. (Sales experience is a significant plus, but we prioritize a passion for relationship building and results).
  • Education: College degree or equivalent professional-level experience (4+ years) required.
  • Logistics: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for daily territory management

  • Prospect Engagement: Actively engage with prospective business clients daily to build rapport and generate new sales within your assigned market.

  • Territory Growth: Manage a designated territory, utilizing provided leads and self-prospecting techniques to hit and exceed monthly targets.
