About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on Fiberglass Production Laborer to join our shop team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in general labor, fiberglass work, manufacturing, construction, scenic production, or fabrication-or those who want to learn these skills on the job. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to use basic hand tools
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and work as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fiberglass, construction, manufacturing, scenic fabrication, carpentry, or similar hands-on work
  • Ability to read basic blueprints or shop drawings
  • Forklift experience (or interest in learning)

Responsibilities

  • You'll work as part of a collaborative shop team supporting fiberglass production and finishing.
  • Using hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, grinders, tape measures, etc.)
  • Assisting with fiberglass layup, trimming, sanding, and finishing work
  • Cleaning, preparing, and organizing work areas and equipment
  • Moving materials and finished pieces safely throughout the shop
  • Operating or training to operate a forklift (certification training provided)
  • Following all safety procedures and wearing proper PPE
  • This is a hands-on, physical role in a production shop setting.
